When It's An Emergency
How to tell an urgent problem from one that can wait.
Some issues shouldn't wait for a standard appointment. Call us right away or book an Emergency Callout if you have:
- Active leaks or flooding you can't stop at the shutoff.
- No heat or no cooling in extreme weather.
- A gas smell — leave the area first, then call.
- Sparking, burning smells, or exposed wiring.
For anything involving gas, smoke, or fire, contact your utility or emergency services first. Safety comes before the repair.
