How Does Scheduling Work?
We confirm the details, then book a technician for a date and time.
After we review your service request and confirm the details with you, we book a technician and turn it into a scheduled work order.
You'll receive:
- A confirmed date and, where possible, a time window
- The name of the technician assigned to the job
- A reminder as your appointment approaches
You can see all of this from your account under Work Orders, along with the current status of the job.
