How And When Do I Pay?
You get an invoice once the work is completed.
You're invoiced once the work on your service request is completed, not before. There's no need to pay anything up front just to get on the schedule.
When your invoice is ready:
- You'll receive an email letting you know it's available.
- Sign in to your account and open Invoices.
- Review the details and pay online in a few clicks.
You can always come back later to view your full billing history.
